WEST LEBANON– After decades suffering under the tyrannical yoke of Lebanon and witnessing their tax dollars allocated disproportionately to the other side of the City while their demands for equitable investment went ignored, the 1/3rd of the Lebanon population living in 03784 declared themselves an independent municipality.
